No one there, door locked from 0830 to 930. No one answers the phone.
Fawlty Towers couldn’t do a worse job. Parked in the Hilton car park following signs. Couldn’t find the office. Phoned them. Told to move the car to Hilton pull up point. Had to argue way out of paying for parking at the Hilton. Found reception. Told to move car back to where I started. Met lady half way back (it’s about a five minute walk/drive from reception to car park) who then took the keys to inspect the vehicle. She then left the keys in another customers car. Utter joke.
I rent cars from Hertz at this location for 3 years. I'm afraid my last rental will be the last. The staff working there couldn't be more rude. I called the place on Monday to reserve a car for Wednesday because the website didn't allow any intermediate size vehicle to be book online. She treated very poorly on the phone. When I arrived Wednesday morning to pick up my car she was even more rude. When I was leaving the store to pick up the car age informed I would need to fill the car.
