Probably the worst person i ever encountered in my life , the manager at the front never listens to me , i frequently rent a car over their omg his attitude is like he owns the world and he his very very rude , what does he thinks abt himself
I thought this place was a little weird but overall fine... until I got a "vehicle incident report" 2+ weeks after my rental. I booked online, but was charged extra when I picked the car up - didn't have time to worry about it as it was a last minute/emergency rental and I had other things to think about. When I got the car, the outside was dirty, there were crumbs everywhere and the whole thing smelled like cigarette smoke. Whatever, I only needed it for a day. Car was dirty. Disappointed
Just to share my experience was good renting a "manager special" car, where I was given a basic non-EV sedan which was clean and working well, which was exactly what I was after. Pickup and return were fast and smooth.
