don’t go there..place sucks..it’s dirty..the manager is belligerent and could care less about customer satisfaction..hidden fees and taxes applied to the bill without any explanation up front..incorrect toll fees from a 3rd party..awful
Had mechanical issues and had to replace the car after our drive to Florida. Hertz on central ave Albany NY has great staff and helped us out. Definitely recommend renting a car from them.
the manager at this location does whatever you need to make you feel satisfied, I highly recommend using him, he's been there for years
I had to rent a vehicle on Jan 6th 2026 because while I slept my vehicle was totaled out in front of my house on Jan 5th 2026 at 11:45pm. When I went in on Jan 6 I spoke to the very nice young woman named shanqiua who works the front desk and who helped me out. Also I spoke to the manager Marcus who both work at the hertz location on central ave alba y ny. They both let me vent about my accident and they are both wonderful to deal with.
