Wish I could give a 0 review. The lady at the desk omg spoon rude , Firstly all their sites let me book a car for me and my husband with a 3 yr old with a booking confirmation emailed to me. When we all reach here, the lady at the desk said I dont know why you have a confirmation but I dont have any cars left with no apology or no remorse from her end. She went on trying to explain when all I needed to hear was an acknowledgement and an apology for letting me come all this way and confirming my booking. But she was all rude ... read more
We were assisted by María Pias, who was friendly and respectful. She explained the terms of the contract very clearly, answering all our questions. The process was quick and straightforward.
Very happy with the vehicle and the manager’s help in getting us a child seat after a misunderstanding.
I was little bit worried after looking at the reviews but was pleasantly suprised, Easy pick up location at the airport and greeted by friendly staff. We were given a brand new Mazda 2 to use for the weekend. Drop off just as easy, only downside was there were no car mats in the car.
We have been hiring cars for years, from different companies. I can say that Airlie Beach Hertz, is the worst experience, we have ever had with a hire car service. We rang and booked a car at this branch on Feb 21st 2025. We requested a Corolla Hybrid. Our pick up was not until June 2nd.2025. We prepaid. We arrived at around 4pm on June 2nd, we were given a grubby, ant infested MazdaA6 G25.
