I’m really disappointed with the service at this location. I’ve booked cars with Hertz around 10 times before and never had a problem, but today was different. I had booked a small sedan three days ago, and now I’m being told — at the last minute — that it’s not available. The only option offered was an electric car, which doesn’t work for my trip. Jared helped us and was very helpful and has a great customer service skills. Car was clean inside and didn’t give us any issues.
Hertz let me book a car, pay for it and then not have any cars at the rental office. Unreal, you suck
Hertz website says this location Opens at 7:30, but no one picks up until almost 12:30. I assume this is professionally feelings based ethics
