Service great
I travel for work, so I rent lots and lots of cars, mostly from Hertz. Most hertz are good, others bad, but fortunately this is one of the great ones. I love that I can call the number and someone from this location picks right up. That is so incredibly rare for any rental car company. The service is great and they always have my car delivered to Abilene Aero right on time. The bill is always correct and the cars are clean and fueled. I’m so lucky to have such a great hertz in my hometown.
reserved a vehicle and gave it away bc i was a few minutes late. didnt get a call or anything, but they sure do call when you return a vehicle late. will never use again.
