After we got into an accident, we got a rental car from here. The salesman tricked my wife into buying protection even though they knew insurance covered would cover it.
Very helpful but I wasn't impressed with the Toyota
This was the most horrible car rental and customer service I have ever experienced with this location! The so called only manager (stated by him) Orlando was extremely unprofessional, very rude, unecessarily aggressive with very poor customer service skills and had just an overall very bad and nasty attitude. He seemed and acted very bored and annoyed when we first came in. My dealings with him have only gotten worse since I've had this rental! It took possibly under 10 minutes to be in my rental and driving off. Great quick service!
