Rather frustrating b/c more Than one I have come here during business hours and the location is closed with a sign saying be back later as then being forced wait forever to either pick up or return a car
The manager Erica is amazing had a great conversation and experience with her. First time getting a rental and she made this process very smooth and she was very professional.
Staff very unprofessional and rude. Address did not align with booking reservation and was charged an extra day due to not being able to return it in time due to not having the correct address. Staff also did not answer the phone until the national customer service line contacted them. Staff did not care and overall had an attitude the entire time and showed no empathy. Do not return or rent from this location.
