Very disappointing experience. I arrived at the Macon Hertz location on time to return my rental vehicle by the scheduled deadline, only to find the office closed. There were at least six other customers there dealing with the same issue, including people trying to pick up reservations and others attempting to return vehicles. My personal vehicle was recently in the shop for repairs. Hertz rental was recommended to me by my insurance company. The customer service I received was truly impeccable, the vehicle was nice, clean and available for me to pick up the same day requested. I would highly recommend Hertz rental for your rental needs. I definitely will use them again if needed.
