Staff very unprofessional and rude. Address did not align with booking reservation and was charged an extra day due to not being able to return it in time due to not having the correct address. Staff also did not answer the phone until the national customer service line contacted them. Staff did not care and overall had an attitude the entire time and showed no empathy. Do not return or rent from this location.

Don’t know why this place has bad reviews as it does. Everyone was extremely nice had no issue picking up or dropping car off.
This was my 1st time renting a vehicle. I was very pleased with the pricing and the process. The staff handled the process with ease. I felt apprehensive & anxious during researching rentals online. But when I researched HERTZ- the online process was so easy that I chose Hertz. If your own auto needs repairs which would prevent your use of it for a trip~or if you just need to rent a car for in town use - - I highly recommend HERTZ. ♦️
