I accidentally booked my rental for the wrong dates and found out last minute that locations across the city were completely sold out. Thankfully, Sonide at Hertz didn’t hesitate to step in and save the day. She went above and beyond to find me a car, and thanks to her, my birthday weekend wasn’t ruined! Her customer service was absolutely incredible, quick, friendly, and efficient. I was out the door in no time. Thank you, Hertz, and a HUGE thank you to Sonide for turning a stressful situation into a great experience!
Absolute worst experience with a car rental company! Please do not come here. I booked a car rental for 2:30pm spending over $800 for it for 1 week. There were two ladies working the front desk/check at my time arrival when I was informed there were “no cars available” even though I prepaid and booked with an appointment. When those two front desk agents left, another gentleman took over. He let 3 cars go before me even when the agent told me I was next before leaving for the day. I have been using this location for years. I have always had pleasant conversation and experience here. I have however have 1 complaint that I'm waiting to have addressed, but sure of a amicable outcome.
Very convenient and quick transaction, car was in great brand new condition. We had fun riding around.
