The presidential status was Unusable in this place I had to be on the regular line and I didn't have any upgrade.
Check in at JFK was fast and efficient. Great. Had to wait 2 and a half hours to collect a pre-booked car. Worse than hopeless! No apology offered. Returning the car to NYC was fast and efficient. Perfect. Car was (fairly) clean. Price was as expected. Cannot recommend Hertz if you have an appointment to make.
