DO NOT RENT CAR AT THIS STORE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR DAY TO BE RUINED. Worse rental experience I’ve ever had. Horrible service, horrible staffs and horrible cars. They charge you tons of extra money without asking you and do not offer refunds. The staffs are rude and always passing the buck.
Not being able to get a representative on the phone is extremely frustrating, totally ridiculous
Horrible service .. the bus driver is rude and arrogant .. then excruciating slow service makes this car rental as one of the worst I have seen in my life
