Don’t go here. Complained about my rental being filthy before leaving- they took it back for a clean and it was still filthy. Then when it was returned they charged me for a cleaning fee.
Showed up for my pickup and the location was closed. Had to rebook at a new location at a much higher rate. Pickup times should not be available right as they close.
They don't honor their reservations!! Look elsewhere for a rental car!!!!
Rented a car through Expedia from here. I was supposed to pick up on Saturday. They are closed Saturday and Sunday and Hertz won't do anything about it. They just stole two days of rental from me. Will never rent Hertz, Dollar, or Thrifty again.
