5 Stars for Justin!!! After going in circles between customer service, the app and the Sarasota FL location for TWO HOURS and getting nowhere. With one phone call, Justin took care of my rental needs within minutes - making the process painless and quick. Thanks Justin for all your help!
Agent Justin was very personable and helpful. Manager Mike and the entire staff were friendly and supportive. Digs could use a facelift, but the service was excellent!
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I was promised a luxury vehicle by the insurance company and confirmed by Hertz. Once arriving, I was told that they had no luxury vehicle, but when walking the lot, I discovered at least three and was told they were spoken for. Very disappointing.
Thank you Justin for taking care of me and my family well appreciated on your patience on my family, he was willing to go the extra mile to help us after a very long stressful day we’ve had so I really thank you Justin we will be coming back to this hertz location.
