The location did not fulfill my reservation. The manager on site also claimed to have called to cancel earlier. I never received any cancellation phone call. I am. Hertz Presidents Club Level Member, a frequent renter, and I have never been treated like this. To add insult to injury, I made the reservation with Hetz points and those have also not been refunded to me. I strongly advise anyone from renting at this location. I had an appointment and went in there but they were seriously busy and very unorganized. The staff member had me read a piece of paper with the various prices, deductibles, etc. and all of the prices were different than they are online. I asked the lady how long had the prices been wrong online and she said that she had been there for months and it had been that way since before she was hired. The staff members were nice and courteous but they seemed overworked. It was so bad I actually cancelled my reservation and left.
