R reserved a week in advance went to go pick up and no vehicles were available to accommodate size needed. That's also after check-in online 24 hours prior to pick up. Ruined my weekend plans. Now have to wait for prepayment refund and two $300 pending holds on credit card. Only a sorry and try one of the other rental companies.

Thank you Theo for helping me. I arrived late to pickup due to my flights being delayed all day. My vehicle was already prepaid I selected the manager special which only costed me $55 after my promotions and credits with capital one. Once at the desk I was greeted by the most honest and caring attendant of all. Theo thank you so much. He stated he is the only guy that works the desk. He was so patient and understanding. This location use to be great back when they had different management and employees. In one year. Now all downhill. This manager is no good and should be fired for no tending to the customers needs. What exactly is she managing. The staff does not pay attn. if you tell about issues with vehicles, you will come back to the same issue one week later not address because they fail to do nothing and that’s could be a dangerous situation. On top of if the car was barely drivable no credit given.

I returned the car in the condition I received it in and they say I broke the rear window. I returned the car with the rear window just fine.
