Go somewhere else or just uber. Reserved a car 3 weeks in advance. Get to counter the lady says it will be 10-15 minutes well that was an hour ago and still people in front of me. I rent from hertz a lot for work but this one is the worst one

I waited 2 hours with a crowd of people waiting for any car offered when we all had reservations. Initially we were told 40 minutes, but to expect less. Then after 1 hour, we still had 5 people ahead of us and were told 20 minutes. After 1 more hour, we were finally called up and offered the sly, 1-year valid, credit of $80 that can only be used with the, already more expensive, “pay at counter” option. The Hertz team did an awesome job. Getting me checked in and on my way. I still had to wait on my luggage before i could leave.

It’s really not worth the stress, save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. Reserved a vehicle in advance for a reason. Rachel I believe was her name. Instantly I felt the negative vibe when coming up the counter. I was told to wait 30 minutes after my time, I understood as we live in an imperfect world. 30 minutes turned into almost an hour.
