I will never rent here again. 7pm on a Monday and its a 45 minute wait because they dont have cars to fullfill the reservations. There is no excuse for this they know the reaervations in advance. This is poor managment and planning.
Abysmal service. Never have I not had to wait hours for a car at this location, they refuse to hold cars that are reserved. On top of this, the employees at the desk cannot seem to keep a simple list straight. After noticing I was being skipped over, I raised the concern to the employee at the desk that the order she was giving cars did not seem to be tracking with the order we entered line.
