I had a reservation with Hertz booked over a month in advance for July 26th. I arrived at 8:00 AM, a full hour after they were supposed to open at 7:00 AM, and the office was still closed. The employee did not show up until well after that. Once she finally arrived, she had me go through the full check-in process. Swiped my card, checked my ID, the usual routine. The garage parking service is horrible. Rude and unprofessional staff/ manager. Was interrupting and screaming at the customer without even listening to the issue
