Derrick (Derek?) did a fantastic job in adding me to my father's rental car. He had to call another branch to do it, but was very professional and courteous.
Guy at the counter added two days of roadside assistance to my bill. He asked me if I wanted it I specifically said no. Stay away from this outfit
Absolute disaster. Reserved a car online was then told I had to use a credit card when I used a debit card. Still took my money. Had to then pay again and they never refunded me having called four times after my trip. Never use them.
Female representative who was working behind the counter on Sunday 5/4 shouldn’t be in a customer service role. Rude, dismissive and could care less….
