Answer your phone!!! Hard to do business with a company that has a full voice mail and is too occupied to answer the phone. Good thing there are other companies at the Hilton Head airport that answer their phones to get my business. DO BETTER!

Derrick (Derek?) did a fantastic job in adding me to my father's rental car. He had to call another branch to do it, but was very professional and courteous.
Guy at the counter added two days of roadside assistance to my bill. He asked me if I wanted it I specifically said no. Stay away from this outfit
Absolute disaster. Reserved a car online was then told I had to use a credit card when I used a debit card. Still took my money. Had to then pay again and they never refunded me having called four times after my trip. Never use them.
