Excellent people at this Hertz location!
Long story short phone service sucks go with AVIS. Long Story: Nothing against the people that work in this specific location but I called the number to confirm my drop off was received and get a receipt and got put through a bunch of automated hoops designed to frustrated me into doing it myself on the website. Pressing 0 repeatedly got me hung up on instead of to a person. Then I called AVIS and they picked up on the second ring. I'm permanently switching to AVIS now. FIX YOUR PHONES!!!!!!!
I have never felt so degraded. My personal choice to use my debit card to rent the car (for my own, personal protection, not that it is anyone's business) changed the attitude of the tall man with the black rimmed glasses in an instant. I could have walked in and bought any car on their lot with my card. Yet I was quizzed on everything I already filled out and agreed to online.
