Worst hertz location in Edmonton stay away from this location very unprofessional and rude. Dami was the employee that helped me and did everything he can to make the worst experience kept leaving to talk on his phone wouldn’t recommend this location been renting with hertz 10+ years and never dealt with and employee like this before SMH.
We absolutely appreciate this new Hertz location in Edmonton’s downtown. The staff are friendly and professional and the service is excellent. Hiren is fantastic and so efficient and amazing at customer service. He’s a keeper! Thank you to the Hertz team.
Kept being put on hold when I tried to call them about renting a car. Slow service and bad rep.
