Would not rent from here. I confirmed before making a booking that they offer pick up and drop off service and was told yes. Got picked up but then they said after booking had started that they couldn’t do a drop off upon vehicle return because they had no staff available. Didn’t offer a uber option either. Meanwhile the second staff who checked my return vehicle was just waiting around. As there were zero other customers and two staff it should be possible to do a drop off 10 minutes away. Zero stars. Dropped off a car and he was looking for an inexistent scratch on the car. Pictures before dropping even appears worse than when I dropped off. Never doing business with these guys. I don't think they are honest. Now I see why there's a lot of 1 star rating
It's a major inconvenience renting from this location,, The\nFront door is always locked and you have to call a number in order for somebody to come , let you in,,, I called the number nobody was even available.I had to wait For someone to show up on location to close my rental agreement out..... Never again,,,
I rent a car from them and the guys were super nice and helpful. They tried to do the best price for me. And super helpful. I mostly don’t have good experience with other rental cars. But, it was my best experience with rental cars company. I will definitely back this location whenever I need a car.
