I have never experienced such unprofessional service. Customers were made to wait for over an hour just to drop off at collision center, and the staff’s behavior was unacceptable. I think their associate name is ankit who is unprofessinal in customer service
Added on charges to my Credit card. Then got rude when I asked about it. Overcharged me on insurance by one day!
Clean, quick, convenient and friendly. After I got in an accident, these guys had me on my way with a great little rental car in under 15 minutes.
I highly recommend this company for car rentals. The team is extremely responsible and truly values the customer’s time. They personally confirm the exact time the car needs to be delivered to the body shop and bring it directly to the location in excellent condition — clean and with a full tank of gas. All the paperwork is completed on-site, and they clearly explain every detail.
