I rented from this location multiple times with excellent experiences. Nirav is very professional and friendly, always trying to help with knowledge attitude, also did business with Ankit and Parth, both were helpful and professional as well. Cars were clean and mechanically sound, paperwork done promptly without waiting or delays both at pick up and return. I left some belongings in the car after I returned it, they kept my stuff waiting for me to pick up without any damage or anything missing. VERY RECOMMENDED.

Wasn't told it was closed on Sundays when my car was supposed to be returned and was given zero instruction on how to return or key drop etc. Now walking around the site searching for place to put keys and have no clue of im covered if something goes wrong.

One of the most unprofessional companies I have ever had the misfortune of doing business with. Despite the fact that the vehicle was returned on-time, Hertz has failed to close the rental agreement and have accused me of failing to return the vehicle, even going so far as to threaten to send collections after me to "retrieve the vehicle". The on site attendant was disorganised and did not seem to understand his responsbilities as a Hertz representative.
