I received a rental car from hertz in April of this year when I was in a car accident this year. I had the car for around 3 weeks before repairs were done and brought the car back with no issues and charges would all be covered by my insurance. In August of this year I received a letter in the mail stating my bill was unpaid and there would be an additional $500 charge for it being late. don’t rent from here they are trying to charge 76 dollars for no reason they told us when we picked it up we can drop off anytime between 4:30 and opening and now they’re saying 3:15 don’t EVER rent from here
I cancelled my Enterprise reservation because Hertz offered me a supposedly cheaper quote, and I deeply regret it. This was one of the worst rental experiences I have ever had. I reserved an SUV for a family trip, but upon arrival I was told it wasn't available. I was offered a Sentra or asked to pay another $125 for a different SUV. After arguing for about 30 minutes while dealing with crying kids, I was finally given a downgraded SUV but charged more than double after insurance and other fees. The Toyota Prius I rented was fuel-efficient, and in great condition. However, my experience at this location was disappointing because of the customer service. The staff were not very friendly or professional, and I felt they could have communicated with customers in a more polite and respectful manner. The vehicle itself was excellent, but the overall experience was let down by the way customers were treated. I hope customer service improves in the future.
I was charged for the initial battery charge of the Tesla at 80% level, but the Tesla was only 30% charged. Additionally, they did not provide pick up or drop off service.
