The Toyota Prius I rented was fuel-efficient, and in great condition. However, my experience at this location was disappointing because of the customer service. The staff were not very friendly or professional, and I felt they could have communicated with customers in a more polite and respectful manner. The vehicle itself was excellent, but the overall experience was let down by the way customers were treated. I hope customer service improves in the future.

I was charged for the initial battery charge of the Tesla at 80% level, but the Tesla was only 30% charged. Additionally, they did not provide pick up or drop off service.

Absolutely deplorable behaviour from employees. Came into my shop demanding payment and yelling at my coworker over an invoice we were never sent or notified about, nor can we do anything about as we are EMPLOYEES and not the owner who manages payments, as he was told FOUR times before he finally stormed out the door and left. We will never ever be using them for a rental again and will be telling both customers and insurance companies not to use them. Would not rent from here. I confirmed before making a booking that they offer pick up and drop off service and was told yes. Got picked up but then they said after booking had started that they couldn’t do a drop off upon vehicle return because they had no staff available. Didn’t offer a uber option either. Meanwhile the second staff who checked my return vehicle was just waiting around. As there were zero other customers and two staff it should be possible to do a drop off 10 minutes away.
