Very bad services and dirty cars, plus the wait time is ridiculous, it should take that long for someone with a reservation to get a vehicle, I won’t use this company again and I hope other people wouldn’t either. I’ll stick with Avis from now on.

I've been renting with this company since Oct 23. I had a rental break down on Friday. I pay a week in advance, 380$. I didn't have the vehicle for Saturday Sunday or Monday. Lost money. Now they're telling me there's no refund for the days I didn't have the car. This car has been a headache since I've been giving them business.
Very slow worker and all the time i need to wait at least 1.4h.Today i leave after 2h after one renew contract
