The reason I highly recommend this office is because Steven was amazing. He went above and beyond when he didn’t even have to, he made me feel welcome, and even though I was having some major issues with my credit card, he helped me when he didn’t even have to . when Matt took over he went above and beyond as well, and I greatly appreciate this office for everything they did to ease my frustration and did everything in their power to help me definitely will highly recommend !! You guys are the BEST

I reserved non-EV and confirmed that request at pickup, but was still given an EV. Driving Corpus Christi ⇄ Austin became a hassle with charging stops and stress I didn’t sign up for. Staff didn’t offer a timely swap or meaningful compensation. Please honor reservation preferences or clearly communicate options before pickup.
