Quality customer service. Quick and easy pickup. Great vehicle selection. Felt like a valued customer and was met with great professionalism and friendliness per usual!
I am so disappointed by all the reviews I am reading regarding the customer service at this location. I had absolutely no problems here. Not only were the representatives knowledgeable, but also very helpful with my rental. I was already sad as I had been rear ended and getting the insurance to cover the rental took forever. Reserved a vehicle far in advance to be told there was no vehicles when I arrived. No offer to help me other than they would call me if they get something in. Was told they have to have a certain number of cars for dealership. Do not recommend Hertz. I should have stuck renting from their competitor because I have never had this occur.
Black guy in the office was very rude! Did not offer to help me at all!!!
