I originally rented a pickup truck from the website however Bruce Lemois called me a few days prior and clearly communicated that the car most likely would not be available. But helped me find another vehicle that he had and it was a jeep wrangler. It was clean with low miles and turned out to be a great experience. He helped the best he could and got me a fair rate. I will be renting from this location again.

Went to extend rental was scammed through there customer service then they towed car and will not compensate for there data breech

First let me say I always look for the positive in every situation. The only positive was the woman in the office was nice. Other than that it was the worst experience I ever had in my 60 yrs of life. I left wondering if this office was real or they were giving away stolen cars. It took 2 hrs to get my car. I walked in the office and it was empty. I called out for someone to hear but nobody came. After 15 min the woman working appeared. I was told the car she was going to give me was just sold. I have tried so many times to call here and every single time it says that the voicemail is full and hangs right up Please fix your phone line for Customers who want to call in and they can’t even get in touch with the location at all!!
