Booked a reservation weeks ago. Went there today 9/25 and there was 0 cars to get. How are you still allowing people to book a RESERVATION for a car yall don’t even have? Over promising and under delivering. They’re so low on cars that all of the locations near me are out. The closest place that had a car was an HOUR away! We needed a large SUV for a trip up to Thunder over New Hampshire 2025. We got a 2025 Chevy Tahoe, fully loaded! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They're located near Gillette Stadium and we were returning the SUV on Week one of the Patriots season so it was crazy trying to get to the lot.
Tried charging me for a late return, can’t speak to a person with the phone number provided, two months later and still getting charged for tolls
Had one guy who was extremely rude. I thought picking up a car would be quick and easy, but he made sure to make the process drawn out and awkward.
