I originally rented a pickup truck from the website however Bruce Lemois called me a few days prior and clearly communicated that the car most likely would not be available. But helped me find another vehicle that he had and it was a jeep wrangler. It was clean with low miles and turned out to be a great experience. He helped the best he could and got me a fair rate. I will be renting from this location again.

First let me say I always look for the positive in every situation. The only positive was the woman in the office was nice. Other than that it was the worst experience I ever had in my 60 yrs of life. I left wondering if this office was real or they were giving away stolen cars. It took 2 hrs to get my car. I walked in the office and it was empty. I called out for someone to hear but nobody came. After 15 min the woman working appeared. I was told the car she was going to give me was just sold. This is hands down the best Hertz location I’ve ever been to. Sabrina is an amazing help and is always super friendly. I’ve had a few bad experiences at other Hertz locations before, and this is now the only branch I’ll go to. Big shoutout to Sabrina for going above and beyond every time, especially while she’s running the place alone, even when it’s super busy! Thanks again 🙏🏻

Sabrina is amazing. She works very hard to deliver you a great experience and is so accommodating even with little coverage at that branch. She also gave me a great car that I preferred and if you call ahead of time to make sure it’s available — it runs very smoothly. Highly recommend 💕

Sabrina helped me out so much! My first experience with Hertz. She was able to get me into a new vehicle on Black Friday and went out of her way to make sure I was in a new vehicle. Would definitely recommend!
