Sabrina helped me out so much! My first experience with Hertz. She was able to get me into a new vehicle on Black Friday and went out of her way to make sure I was in a new vehicle. Would definitely recommend!
Rented a Car to have a vehicle while I purchased a new one. Wasn't sure how long the process would take. Was told that if I returned it early I would receive a refund of the unused time and I could just drop the car and keys off if it was after hours. So I booked a little extra time so I didn't have to worry about tracking an extension. Used the car for about 3 of the 14 days I booked it for. Returned it after hours with the Key drop. If I could give 0 I would. We wanted to return the car and the office manager had happily gone away somewhere for almost 2 hrs. Horrible horrible service
Can't leave zero stars. They charge you a fee for cancelling after they let you book a vehicle that is not there. Unless you want to do their job for them and call multiple numbers for a refund
