I needed a rental car unexpectedly after an accident this month and the team, especially Sean, in the Norwood office has been incredibly helpful. Their location is so easy and accessible. At a time when customer service does not seem to be a priority to a lot of businesses, I appreciate Sean's dedication to providing excellent service with courtesy, kindness and humor.

I had an outstanding experience with the Hertz location in Norwood, and I cannot say enough about their incredible customer service and support. After being involved in a car accident, I was feeling overwhelmed and shaken. From my first visit many years ago particularly by Sean has been outstanding and Hertz is very lucky! Also I had a wonderful hospitable experience with Anna as well. Overall a fabulous professional experience here and I recommend this location.
