Had a great experience. 1st time renting here. Received the rental from Kalina on Monday evening, dropped it back off Friday evening…. NO ISSUES. She was GREAT & very polite. Great price renting from Dollar. Will definitely be back when I need a rental. DO NOT GET RID OF THAT GIRL EVER. She was super nice and held on to my hat that I apparently dropped the night I rented the car. Thank you girl!!!
Hertz knows how to top off my nightmare of a day - walking in after a confirmed reservation for them to say they have no car for me. Then the lady at the front gave me attitude. Awesome experience all around really.
