Pésimo servicio hice reservación para las 9 am y cuando llegue que no había nada disponible que a las 1:30 en lo que devolvían los autos e intento otra nueva reservación para las 1 y cuando llego el mismo cuento…. Btw en la mañana me tomo mi numero para avisar si había algo antes y de paso le digo si para la hora que dices crees no tener nada llámeme antes para saber qué hacer y no pasar en vano …… si ajá ….no entiendo porque sino hay nada disponible la página te deja hacer reservación

My prepaid reservation was canceled with only a few hours notice… The staff was nice though…

I arrived in the office it was busy of course the customer service here is amazing I give kuddos to Sabrina Wright she was professional went about and beyond especially being treated unprofessional by 2 insurance adjusters from progressive insurance she did stop until I was in vehicle.. you rock Sabrina thanks for all your amazing help

I booked a car on 9/23 from the Providence Silver Spring Street location through the Hertz website. Just 20 minutes after I booked the car, an agent from that location called my cell phone and said they did not have any cars for me to rent. "No one is returning cars, I don't have any cars. We made your reservation based on projections" she said. So I had to find a different rental agency. And yet Hertz charged my credit card for the full amount!!!
