Does not exist. We had to make a new reservation with Enterprise on the spot because we did not receive any lockbox instructions and we were told there was a physical office at the Amtrak station (there was not one there nor at the airport). Use a different company!

I was able to book the car outside of normal hours - and only provided my Hertz number over the phone. Picked up the keys in the locker. Quick, convenient, and professional. Prices in the airport are quite expensive (at any rental company), but it is the only option here around.

Stacy, the manager, went above and beyond to help get a rental arranged for me on a short timeline. If you are making a rental less than a day in advance, make sure you call to confirm that rental!
