If there was an opportunity to choose zero stars I would. Do not rent here go the extra step and choose the airport if you must rent from Hertz. This review comes after giving them several chances. I have been in Concord for over a decade now. I try every now and then to rent from this establishment. Today was the final straw.I had a reservation to pick up a vehicle this morning at 9 am. I recieved a call about 20 minutes ago with a lacksidasical message stating they are out of cars and just giving me a heads up. Not only did they give us a car with an active flat tire, but the vehicle was not cleaned, there was no walkthrough of the vehicle to notate damage, the vehicle reeked of body oder and Marijuana. Needless to say we will not be renting from this location ever again!
I had a wonderful car rental experience at the Hertz in Concord. The vehicle was exactly as I expected, and my rate was as advertised. They offered a rental at a lower cost than some of their competition. I used their after hours drop-off, which went very smoothly. If I had a question and needed to call the location, someone was available to help me almost every time. I will be renting a car from here again in the future.
T. J was so kind and helpful. He made sure all of our needs were met and walked us through the process. Would definitely recommend.
