The worst customer service. They put me on hold and never picked up. Do not waste your time going to this place. Per garbage employee they have.
Some of the vehicles are sketch but other than that, it was a pleasant experience. Each time I’ve been here, the customer service is spot on perfect.
Hertz rental on Concord Plwy in concord is highly recommended great staff members John was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable great price as well very reliable service and great car selection thank you everyone at Hertz for making my rental go smoothly
They tell you one price over the phone for a rental and then when you get there they add on all the fees and the price triples
