I have rented twice with this location in the past month and it’s been nothing but a seamless process both times. And PTL there cars didn’t smell like an ashtray. I will recommend this location Hands Down!! Ask for my friend, Mr Bill Jackson II.
I selected a vehicle from Hertz through Travelocity. I selected and paid for a large SUV (Blazer or similar). When I arrived, they only had smaller SUVs. The associate was nice, he opened both options available so my daughter could check the difference of size of the interiors. 1. The smaller SUV did not have enough room. If there was an opportunity to choose zero stars I would. Do not rent here go the extra step and choose the airport if you must rent from Hertz. This review comes after giving them several chances. There cars are unsafe and not sanitary. The first bad experience is they rented me a car that was so full of smoke odors that my clothes and hair absorbed the smell. I reached out nothing was done. I have been in Concord for over a decade now. I try every now and then to rent from this establishment. Today was the final straw.I had a reservation to pick up a vehicle this morning at 9 am. I recieved a call about 20 minutes ago with a lacksidasical message stating they are out of cars and just giving me a heads up. I call hertz and while there is. nothing they can do customer service is less than desirable. What they gave me was 1. The option two pay more and 2. To drive to another city to get a car. Not only did they give us a car with an active flat tire, but the vehicle was not cleaned, there was no walkthrough of the vehicle to notate damage, the vehicle reeked of body oder and Marijuana. Needless to say we will not be renting from this location ever again!
