I rented from the concord location. The car was dirty inside and out. The tank was half full The change oil light was on Customer service rep refused to change the car out. He didn’t have the car I reserved in stock so he up charged me for the car he had. And now I have 2 new charges on my credit card from tolls I never incurred with a 19.99 fee I need this corrected and I need my money back!!!
Very horrible car rental experience! I was charged extra compared to what I was originally told. The SUV was supposed to be a Suburban, but instead I was given a poorly maintained SUV with 44k miles on it. It wasn’t even clean—the representative actually suggested I should take it to a car wash myself! The vehicle wasn’t ready, wasn’t aligned properly, and the service overall was completely unacceptable. On top of all that, I was billed more than the quoted price.
I've been renting my work vehicles here for a few months now, and every time I had a great experience. Bill, Nate and Jay are always professional and friendly. Bill, never fails with his positivity and uplifting words. I will most definitely continue using the Hertz in Concord for my rentals. Thanks guy's for your services.
Nice group, will use again
This was a horrible experience. If I choose to rent from Hertz again (not likely) I will use a different location.
