This is the worst experience ever for renting a car. The manager has really bad customer service. I don’t see how he’s even a manager. I came to rent a car yesterday and they had me waiting for an hour. And then when I bring the car back, he told me to hold on and it’s gonna be a while. Maybe they should start paying people for their time to wait. I’m a people person. And I’m big on customer service. I will never rent from them again!
Paid a deposit for a rental they didn't have; showed up to find out they didn't have the car. They canceled my reservation but couldn't refund me and told me contact customer service. Then they had me fill out a ENTIRE new rental and pay for the rental. Customer service doesn't answer. I disputed it through my bank; my bank just reversed the claim because Hertz sent them information saying I never showed up for my rental in the first place and that the vehicle was available (had I have shown up I would've gotten the vehicle ... read more
Here is where the rubber meets the road with style. There was a line of people and I was pressed a bit for time. Get there early and you'll witness Kevin single-handedly and systematically address a line of customers(some hostile) with grace and class. He looked out for me and addressed a minor issue like a true professional. Remember he's doing his best and come back to write about your experience.
