By far the most RUDE service I have received by any rental car company. If it could be ZERO stars it would. Im patient, in a travel situation less than ideal, last minute flight issues caused same day rental. For this, I was BERATED and told that same day rentals are of no interest to their company. I actually feel for the people who would consider using this service. I could NOT support this company moving forward.

Very rude front desk lady. Made a reservation and when I arrived was told they don't have anything with cars in the lot. I asked what about those and was rudely told "those are for more important Hertz members." If you don't have cars don't allow reservations to be made!

I needed a car to take on vacation to Branson. My car has 210,000+ miles, so it makes sense. I can park my car in the secure patrolled lot at the airport terminal. The people at the desk were polite and friendly, and took care of my rental quickly. The car is awesome, better than I expected. I will definitely use this location again!
