I should look reviews before the reservation. This location does not have cars for rent. I reserved a car a week before I landed. They let me wait for four hours. After four hours people after me picked their cars they told me they were Hertz Gold member and I can only have a car after all Gold members get their cars. What a joke. By far the most RUDE service I have received by any rental car company. If it could be ZERO stars it would. Im patient, in a travel situation less than ideal, last minute flight issues caused same day rental. For this, I was BERATED and told that same day rentals are of no interest to their company. I actually feel for the people who would consider using this service. I could NOT support this company moving forward.

Very rude front desk lady. Made a reservation and when I arrived was told they don't have anything with cars in the lot. I asked what about those and was rudely told "those are for more important Hertz members." If you don't have cars don't allow reservations to be made!
