Very rude front desk lady. Made a reservation and when I arrived was told they don't have anything with cars in the lot. I asked what about those and was rudely told "those are for more important Hertz members." If you don't have cars don't allow reservations to be made!
I needed a car to take on vacation to Branson. My car has 210,000+ miles, so it makes sense. I can park my car in the secure patrolled lot at the airport terminal. The people at the desk were polite and friendly, and took care of my rental quickly. The car is awesome, better than I expected. I will definitely use this location again!
More than 1 hour to pick up a car, with reservation
I had an active reservation with Hertz Shreveport for a one-week rental. I arrived exactly on time for my scheduled pickup, only to find no one at the counter. I waited for nearly an hour – no staff, no notice, no communication. I was left stranded with no alternative options. This is unacceptable from a major rental company. If you value your time and reliability, avoid this location at all costs.
They just give your car away! I reserve cars several times per month. This never happens with other locations. Stay away
