T&T saved me from the madness at the Airport location‼️
My car was parked and ran over (totaled) by an uninsured driver. State Farm (my insurance company) approved a rental with Hertz because I pay monthly for rental coverage. When I returned the vehicle the Hertz office lady was very rude. She accused me of having a pet in the car and I do not own any animals!! When I told her that I didn't own animals, she just kept insisting I had a pet in the car and I was lying!! I value my integrity and told her I would not lie to her! A big shout out to Chris and Natasha at the Airline location in Bossier City. They went above and beyond our needs. They made sure we had the perfect vehicle for our family vacation and answered every question we had. We will definitely rent our next vehicle with them and recommend our family and friends. Every news was met…perfection!!!
Waited an hour for someone to get to the office to pick up my rental. When I returned it, no one was in the office and the door was locked. They were "out of the office" again. Must only be 1 person working there. Won't be my 1st choice next time I rent a vehicle.
