Very poor customer service experience. I called to ask about the available car rental options, whether I could use the vehicle for Uber and food delivery work, and what the prices were. Unfortunately, the person I spoke with was extremely rude and unprofessional. After I finished explaining what I was looking for, he simply hung up the phone on me without answering my questions or providing any assistance. Very disappointing experience with the Hertz location at 11180 Scott Road. I rented a vehicle from this location with unlimited mileage and experienced problems with BOTH rear tires on separate occasions during my rental. One of the tire issues happened while I was driving with an Uber passenger, which was extremely concerning from a safety standpoint. Badly customer service. Cheap and dirty location.
So bad customer service I I rented a minivan, but they gave me one with a flat tire. I asked for another van, but they said there were none and told me to take an SUV instead. Two men who who were sitting on chair rude and unfriendly. even they emotionaly speaking. If I end up taking the SUV, they should give a discount, but they said they won’t with smile.
