I’ve rented from them twice, and the service has significantly declined. On my first visit, they provided Uber pick-up and drop-off, but on my second, they refused the service and claimed they had never offered it. On top of that, the car was handed over nearly empty on both gas and windshield washer fluid. Leaving the lot with almost no fuel forces you to return the car with more gas than you received just to avoid running out on the way back. It feels like aggressive cost-cutting at the customer's expense.

Very poor customer service experience. I called to ask about the available car rental options, whether I could use the vehicle for Uber and food delivery work, and what the prices were. Unfortunately, the person I spoke with was extremely rude and unprofessional. After I finished explaining what I was looking for, he simply hung up the phone on me without answering my questions or providing any assistance. Very disappointing experience with the Hertz location at 11180 Scott Road. I rented a vehicle from this location with unlimited mileage and experienced problems with BOTH rear tires on separate occasions during my rental. One of the tire issues happened while I was driving with an Uber passenger, which was extremely concerning from a safety standpoint.
