Booked car with hertz Kissimmee, received a text 24 hours before stating they do not have any cars available for booking…. The next catch, you would incur a fee to change your booking, aka for them to try & find you a car you already booked. Do not book Hertz or dollar as they are same same in Kissimmee unless you don’t actually need a vehicle.

We were running 5 minutes late as we went to the wrong car hire place to return the car. We called to explain and the guy who answered said there’s nothing we can do, we close at 5pm and we cannot stay open any later, we were very stressed but decided to ignore what he said and go there anyway. They were closing up but a lovely lady said we could return the car despite being just past their closing time, so because of this lovely lady actions, I’m leaving a good review rather than a negative. Thank you we appreciated it.

Always have a great experience at this location. Although it does not have the selection options like you would at a larger location like the airport, they always treat us here well and take care of us as Gold Star members and valued customers. The front desk staff are super friendly and they are always willing to accommodate if they have a surplus of vehicles available. We've also had an issue with our rental in the past (punctured tire) and had no issue bringing it back and exchanging it out the same day. We enjoy renting ... read more
