My reservation said debit card accepted. When I get to the rental company the people behind the desk that lack customer service told me I needed a credit card.

I had a very disappointing experience at pickup. Although I had booked online and my card had already been charged, the agent said there was no reservation, no cars available, and that my only option was to travel 45 minutes to another location at airport. After I insisted for a long time, another employee suddenly provided a car, which shows a solution existed but was never offered. 這個租車店附近很多餐館和商店，我們異地租車，還車的時候可以順便遊玩一下，我們今天早上9點來租車，本來以為租車只要在網絡註冊清楚，當天按時去拿車即可， 結果去拿車的時候，櫃檯兩個客人聊天聊很久，對於我們一些基本資料，檢查很久，跟上次租車註冊的狀況，完全不一樣城市，可能是當地租車當地還，而這一次異地還車，所以檢查的比較詳細，櫃台與前面兩個客戶的聊天也聊得太久了，所以大8點半延後到9點半，我們才完成租車手續，回到飯店10點半，然而我必須在下午5點前在奧蘭多還車，所有的步驟，所有的停留都非常的緊張，因為有時間的限制，我們借車的時候有油表是310，還車是把所有的油都加滿，油表是330，我們夫妻一直都喜歡多給別人一點。還完車以後，我們沿路到飯店有很多商店跟餐館，這時候可以慢慢的遊玩，因為這時候沒有時間壓力。/230930
