Absolutely terrible experience. The staff here are incompetent and don’t value you time or business. Absolutely terrible experience and waste of time. Booked a vehicle and arrived on time to pick it up after paying $25 for an Uber to get here. The guy behind the counter (skinny tall African American guy) was absolutely clueless. He kept saying, “I’m waiting for the manager.” I waited an hour, only to be told by the manager (Kyle Verni) that they did not have a car for us. I would say half star if I could. We have a resv for today and my spouse waited 55 minutes for someone to show up at the Hertz desk- no one! The hotel front desk said the same thing - they are not contactable:(. So no car even though we had a resv!

Great experience at this Hertz location. Kind of tucked off the street some. The staff was very friendly. Got me checked in and off to my next adventure. I would recommend it to others in the area.

Thanks Hertz for your lack of professionalism from the "manager" I spoke with apparently... telling me that my car may or may not be there, hanging up on me.. don't worry, Alamo picked up the slack for you and was exceptional 👏 don't rent from these people.
