I’m a Sixt Platinum member but decided to try Hertz out because there was a location at the Ritz Carlton where I was staying at. Booked a car through the website. Managed to get status match but when I booked a car through my membership, there were some errors. I had to log out and book as a guest which only then got me a successful booking. I arrived at the location slightly earlier and waited for an hour. No Hertz staff in sight. AVOID. Horrendous. Waited for Marriott shuttle in heat with a small child after long flight. Finally arrive and no one at desk. Theres a sign that says to please call this number for assistance. Call 3 times no answer. Call hertz corporate orlando area no answer. Tried another number from google “this number is no longer accepting calls.” Marriott staff unhelpful, they said they had no clue why someone wouldn’t be at the desk except for pulling a car around. If I could give 0 star I would. We had a reservation. First, no indication of where to go, we went to the hotel front desk after a Uber ride to get there (25$ for nothing triceps since we had to go back on Uber). We received a call we could barely understand at 12:03 (reservation at 12:00) saying (we think) that no car was avaliable. We went outside to call back, no answer. The worst car hire experience ever. Car pick up booked for 11am. After 1 hour and being on the phone for 40 minutes when both service support staff hung up as they couldn’t tell me where the car was I cancelled. Never use Hertz in the 32837 Florida area. Hertz - disgraceful service. This office should be closed

We rented a vehicle from this location at the JW Marriott for a one day rental, October 2-3. When we went to pick up the vehicle at the scheduled 10am time, the employee was 55 minutes late. When we went to return the vehicle at 10am, the employee wasn’t there again. We waited over an hour. We asked the front desk at the Marriott and they said we could leave it with the valet and they would return it to them. We had to leave as we had a flight.
