Terrible service when picking up the car. I made a reservation way ahead of time and was told by Hertz agent she didn’t see my name. She miraculously found it when she actually put some effort in it. She had to put her personal phone down to wait on me and was horrible at her job. More to the story that only gets worse. Steer clear of renting with Hertz.
Don't rent from here, hidden fees are crazy, make a non-refundable reservation and they'll force you to pay an extra $500 to get the vehicle you already paid for and then you've got no choice or you're just out the hundreds you spent on the rental already
Good service. No problems. Upgraded car when my smaller reserved choice was not available. There are not a lot of choices at this location but it serves well.
I dropped off the rental car at 6:45am for a 9:25am flight this morning in the return garage. Attendant told me to leave the keys in the car because the drop off line was full. They emailed me my receipt and the attendant didn’t check in the car until 10:26am. They charged me an extra $22. Customer service sucks, can’t talk to anyone one the phone or at the actual location. Booked the vehicle specifically to go out of town. On the way the check engine light came on. I chat on the Hertz site and it says I can take it to the nearest location for an exchange. I do that and the guy refused to help me without getting a claim number even though the app says that he could help me with that. He gives me the phone number and it took awhile to reach anyone. And then the guy tells us he can't help us until he helps other customers. We leave because we're on a time restraint. Call around for the next neare... read more
