Robert was one of the managers there and we worked with him personally. He was extremely helpful. Our flight was delayed and a representative wasn’t available when we landed (although having reserved a vehicle). We ubered to our hotel and called the next morning. Immediately - and I mean immediately- Robert was more than accommodating ! We were compensated for the delay, upgraded on the vehicle, and given a few other perks! We were very appreciative for his help. Pick up went smoothly !

This location does not have a working phone. I called multiple times and only got a busy signal that disconnected me after a few rings. I was unable to extend my rental online, through AI chat, through the app, or by calling corporate. Corporate told me to call the location (see previous comment about phone not working) and when I said I had tried and was unable to, she said the only way I could extend my rental was to go in person and talk to the location manager (which was an hour each way from where I was staying).
