Be cautious of any added fees at this spot and take a good picture of the fuel, scratches, and especially the time you take it out/in from the facility, because they do make false additional charges unless you ask for it with evidence for refunds.
Booking the vehicle, picking it up, and dropping it off were extremely easy however, when I got my final bill, they charged me for an extra day that I did not have so be careful and watch your final invoice.
TL;DR - rental was a non-stellar experience, but they did a couple of small gestures to earn a two-star rating. First rental with Hertz after decades of using the Red Team. My company got sold and new owners' corporation has a deal w/Hertz, so here I am. Flying in from MSP, going to take the family on vacation up to Quebec City. Update: they responded my review to get it removed, but I edited it so it reappeared They tried to charge us for windshield damage that was already present when we picked up the car. Fortunately, I took photos of the vehicle at pickup shortly after midnight. My original pickup photo shows the rock chip on the passenger side of the windshield before we left the Hertz garage.
