Very convenient to be able to park your car at airport parking and easily find your rental for long trips! Great selection of SUVs. Desk clerk was quick and very courteous and so easy to find and pick up your car! Love that being a Gold member really streamlines the pick up process and includes spouses as drivers!

I had a confirmed reservation with Hertz, arrived on time, and was told they had no cars available. What’s the point of making a reservation if the company doesn’t honor it? There was no proactive solution offered—no replacement vehicle, no transfer to another location, and no real effort to fix the situation. I was essentially left stranded and had to scramble to find another rental at the last minute, which cost me both time and money. This is unacceptable for a company of this size. I had to drop off a rental car from LaGuardia Airport. I went inside the airport and dropped off the key without any problems.

Easy to pick up the keys near baggage claim. Park in a return parking spot & drop off the keys on the way to check in for your flight. Vehicle was in great condition as usual for Hertz.
