The lady working at this location provided excellent service, and the vehicle during usage and returns were great. The issues were we booked a Tahoe 4x4 or similar for a winter snow location. When we showed up they only had a 2 wheel drive suburban and no 4x4's We had to take an all wheel mid size, which wasn't the end of the world, but then they charged us almost 200 and called it and upgrade. Additionally, the pre check in could not find my reservation and made it appear as it was canceled even though it wasn't, which was ... read more
