Presidents Circle member picked up a Full size which was not only dirty outside and especially the interior windows. Could not see clearly into the sun safety hazard. Also vehicle was damaged but no notation of damage. Had to return to counter and have them note damage. Finally as a PC asked for an upgrade to the FC rented and was told no vehicles. The staff was great, but wrongly charged me almost $50 for gas. I filled up a few minutes before returning the car and the receipt itself confirms I only drove 21 miles!

Gold memwber. Attempted on the app to rent a vehicle would not let me finalize. Arrive at the Vermont airport, go to counter and guy tells me they cant help me. They have no cars that they can rent same day. Mind you, I Attempted for 3 days to create a reservation and app would not allow it. Enterprise sorted me out. Hertz gold is pointless, and Hertz as a company is not much better. Go with Enterprise, at least they are willing to help.

I returned my vehicle a full 15 minutes before the 24-hour period was up, but was inexplicably charged for an extra hour. This is incredibly frustrating, as I had to rearrange my work schedule in order to ensure that it could be returned on time. (I will also note that the charge for the extra hour alone was nearly 50% of the cost to rent the Jeep for an entire .
