Went to pick up reservation at BTV on sept. 6th. Got the car went on my way. The next day got a voicemail that they needed me to call them. I tried several times left messages and texted the number. Nobody called back. I go to return the car on the 13th, and learn they had given me someone else’s car. They Implied that it was somehow my fault for not looking at the receipt?! I stand there for 45 min or so while they figure out THEIR mistake. In the meantime I miss my window to check bags and can’t get on my flight. I go back... read more

Terrible experience. Gas tank wasn’t full when we picked up the car. They said oh no problem we will make a note of it. When we returned the car with 3/4 gas tank full they said oh no problem - we see the note. 45 minutes later they send an updated bill with a $65 fuel charge.

Interesting drop off process. You just park and then bring your keys to the counter. Overall, easy in and out!

The staff at the airport were amazing and very helpful. When I drove the car away, ( and got 10 miles down the road) , I realized that there was no gas (1/8th f a tank) in the car. So I called the airport desk. Three days have gone by and I still can not get ahold of anyone. 🤨 ugh. HELLOI?? If you are reading this review... why don't you do something about my issue?

Staff is absolutely amazing and helpful! They answered all our questions and the cars were very clean. Definitely the lowest price after shopping around for over 1 month. We drove from ABQ to BVT and had no issues with the car.
