An unusual charge showed up, so I called the local number. All that got me was an automated system that went in circles. If I question a charge I should “call my financial institution”. Why, so they can tell me that only Hertz can explain the charges. Zero options to speak to anyone. Just get kicked around once they have payment. The closest I could get to an answer.
