I booked a rental through booking.com, received a confirmation on the app and in my email with the rental information. It was prepaid! I got a ride 40 minutes out of the way only for the receptionist to tell me they had no cars available and she couldn’t refund my money or offer anything in its place from a secondary location. Extra 45 minute wait at pickup time. Ruined plans to arrive somewhere else. Car was not very clean on the outside.
I had been scheduled to return my rental at the Burlington airport, but that place doesn’t exist????????????? And this place was already closed when I was supposed to drop off, GPS took me to this Hanover location…very confused and frustrated with Hertz. The extra star is because return involved dumping the key in a return box and leaving
