Excellent experience renting a car this week here at this location. Nathan was super helpful and friendly. Very impressed with the whole experience.
This location is extremely slow. They have no sense of urgency. Sat in the lobby for 30mins before anyone spoke with me and then they saw someone before me who came in after me. Then they had no cars available and I had to take a car that was just returned with less than 1/2 tank of gas, had to wait for them to barely clean it. I strongly suggest going to Enterprise for your rental needs in Burlington.
I returned a vehicle here after a cross the USA trip. The staff was very friendly and easy to deal with. Nice people.
I rented thru the office on Hanford Rd in Alamance County. Excellent service, good prices and very nice selection of vehicles! Give them a try!
The man that was working was really nice and very fast seem to be an outstanding business
