I have been trying to reach someone at this location for over a week without success. It is concerning that even their roadside assistance representatives have been unable to get in contact with the location. My rental vehicle was towed to their rental garage rather than the designated service garage. Staff Members at the Rental Counter Center were super Nice, Friendly, Courteous and Knowledgeable about their job. I received. EXCELLENT Customer Service!

Awful. I waited in line for 30 minutes while another employee behind the counter watched the long line grow and grow. Zero sense of urgency from anyone there. I waited all that time to be told I could go to the garage. I got to the garage and there was another long line because the person who was supposed to be at the booth ended their shift. Never again.

I had reserved a vehicle at the El Paso Airport for a 3PM pickup. Upon arrival at the Hertz counter, we were told that no vehicles were available. The agent at the counter indicated that there was a 3hr waitlist. She indicated that we would need to be added to this waitlist quickly as the list was growing. The agent was not helpful, friendly, or sympathetic to our situation. We agreed to be added to the waitlist. We were told that we would get a call once a vehicle was ready for us. Absolutely the worst experience in renting a car. Felt like I was living in a Seinfeld episode. New how to take the reservation but not how to KEEP the reservation. The most important part of the reservation. Had a business appointment that was missed due to having to wait an hour and half for the car. Also the CS rep was surly and disrespectful and not helpful at all.
