Horrible service!!! Manager is very rude !!! Missed our trip because the manager told her employee that we could not use our debit card to rent car that we already made reservations for !!!
Worst customer service I have ever experienced in the car rental business. The manger is not a good leader for the individuals that she is over and there is no structure or professionalism. I use to rent from Hertz a couple of years ago and never received the disrespect or attitudes I received in my last encounter with this group of unprofessionals. DO BETTER TO BE BETTER!!!! I wish I could put a 0 for the review because of how terrible the customer service was at this location!
One of the worst car hiring experiences I have ever had, booked a vehicle online and turned up to no vehicle and no assistance, was told to ring customer service who said I needed to fill out paperwork to receive a refund on first booking if I wanted to cancel it and then told me there was a car available at the airport which they booked online, got a lift over to there and they didn’t have a car either (actually where 7 cars overbooked already) and took a $100 deposit both times, then went with AVIS who couldn’t have been m... read more
absolutely ridiculously horrendous. having a reservation doesn’t mean you have a car? imagine booking a reservation at a restaurant and giving them money to secure it and then showing up and they have no seats for you. can’t wait for the automated response telling me how sad they are with a link that leads to nothing. catch me outside hertz (i’ll be walking there because i don’t have a bloody car)
So upset! Hv an important trip. Rented car days ago. Pick up at 430, they call at 4 to say no cars. Tell them refund my prepaid payment, she sends me to do it online, online tries to charge me 100. Cancelation fee. Go to hertz, girl very rude, n says call ur bank. I asked her can't u call cust service, bc they sent me to 3 diff people. U want ur money, call ur bank, they hv a 1-800#. Trip busted and hertz paid n leave me to worry with getting a refund while they try to tk $100 Like I was a no show!!! Never again!!!
