First time with Hertz and they really were a life saver. Previous day went by to see if they had one way cars and Hilary told me they have a car but i told her there’s no need to reserve it because I’ll do it online. At home online there were no cars so the next day I went again Hilary did reserve the car for me just in case ! Not only reserved but helped me upgrade it ! Really was convenient and came out clutch for me ! Totally recommend them !
Worst service, worst people. The manager at this location is the most arrogant person I have met. She got involved on her own. We were speaking with a decent man. Everything was going well. She got involved and insulted me and started speaking to my husband. They told us we would have to wait even though our booking was confirmed for 8.30 AM.
