My wife and I had an awful experience at this Hertz location. Our reservation was done through a claims adjuster. We were told we could go to any Hertz location. We were headed to the Frisco location when we were then told we had to go to the specific Hertz on the reservation. When there, my wife was told there was no reservation and no car available. Upon pickup, the vehicle was visibly dirty inside and out. Due to an urgent need, I accepted the vehicle, only to discover 10 miles later that the front passenger side wiper motor was non-functional, unsafe to drive since the next day was a stormy day. Avoid this location. Their card reader is broken (no chip or tap), and the manager was incredibly unprofessional sitting with a hoodie over his head with zero customer service skills. He claimed he was the branch manager but said he “couldn't” manually type in a card. I went to the Hertz Richardson branch instead, and they were able to manually enter the info and get me on the road immediately. Save yourself the headache and go to Richardson.
