Upon pickup, the vehicle was visibly dirty inside and out. Due to an urgent need, I accepted the vehicle, only to discover 10 miles later that the front passenger side wiper motor was non-functional, unsafe to drive since the next day was a stormy day. When I requested a replacement, Hertz was unable to locate one at any nearby branch. So I returned the defective vehicle immediately, yet I was still charged $92. Avoid this location. Their card reader is broken (no chip or tap), and the manager was incredibly unprofessional sitting with a hoodie over his head with zero customer service skills. He claimed he was the branch manager but said he “couldn't” manually type in a card. I went to the Hertz Richardson branch instead, and they were able to manually enter the info and get me on the road immediately. Save yourself the headache and go to Richardson.
This location is closed. Hertz refund the funds I spent on the uber coming here, update google maps displaying location is closed! Unacceptable!
