hertz is the best just now i drop off my car at the Brooklyn - Northside Piers location and it was much much easier than I thought under 1 minute i was out with my receipt its great experience keep up your good work hertz is the best

I wish I could give 0 stars. I wonder if the person who responds to these reviews has been to this location because the empty “sorry” the reviews get are just sad and irritating. Hertz needs to review this location and reviews. As most reviews mention severely understaffed and the guys at the front desk bring rudeness and unprofessionalism to a new low. Each renter in line takes 20+ minutes to process so if there’s more than 5 people ahead of you will easily take an hour doesn’t matter if you pre-paid or have status. God hel... read more

Painfully slow, yous need to hire more staff. There are times where seven people lined up hour waits with no one behind the desk. Im sure its not the workers fault.

TAKE PICTURES FROM EVERY ANGLE WHEN YOU RENT FROM HERE OR DON’T RENT FROM THIS LOCATION I returned my car, and the agent thoroughly checked it, stating that everything was fine. However, a few hours later, I received an incident report claiming that I had been in an accident. I was completely confused, as we returned the vehicle in the same condition as we received. Now I'm stuck dealing with back-and-forth communication with customer care. Edit - the customer care was kind enough to resolve this issue.
