Pathetic customer service - could not reach anyone by phone!! Hertz purposely avoids avoids answering calls!!!!

Good and fast service, but no picks up the phone when you call the same location for any assistance
We had Sunil at the counter. he was very professional and made the process quick and simple. His recommendations was spot on.
A customer would expect that a company booked rental through a travel agent fully reserved would get reasonably efficient service. Not even close. There is no concern to offer prompt or efficient service here at all. It takes them 5 min just to find your reservation.
