Just want to say thank you to Shelly for her help this past Thursday morning for getting us a vehicle earlier so we could make our first of 2 tee times of the day. She couldn’t get us a pink colored ride like my buddy asked for but she got us a great vehicle to make our way up to the mountains with. Our golf trip was great and was able to make all 6 tee times in 4 days in the Whistler area which we couldn’t have done without her help. Above and beyond, she was wonderful.
I had a very frustrating experience at this YVR location. From start to finish, the process was disorganized and unprofessional. Upon pickup, I was made to wait over 20 minutes for my vehicle. When I finally followed up, the staff simply handed me the keys and pointed me to spot 35 without any apology or explanation. They did not perform a vehicle walk-around with me, so I reasonably assumed the car had been pre-inspected and was ready to go.
