Last night arriving in Abbotsford, we had some minor issues that escalated over the next 24 hours. Travel agency advised things were resolved and we would be accommodated... our pick up location does not answer the phone. YVR took corporate responsibility and addressed issues and quickly resolved issues! Thank you so much for assisting us today. Big shout out to all the csr's that wanted to make things right. You made our trip easier and safer! Thanks Jayes and Blanka! We will choose your office when the next need arrives!

Great location for customer service and taking care of the customer first. You're in great hands with Ed the manager and Hertz should give him a raise!!

Cancelled my rental while i was on my flight. Told me i shouldnt have booked ‘managers special’. Well why would it be available to book if they dont have availability. Will never use this company again and stick with reliable Enterprise.
