wasnt happy with the so called maps didnt worg great air conditioner wasnt easy to figure out in it drove around kinda warm
By far the worst service I have ever experienced at a car rental. My flight was shorter than the wait to get my vehicle!?! After 45 minutes in line they said "there is a wait for vehicles" I waited another 50 minutes!?! If they told me they had no vehicles I would have gone elsewhere. Brutal - all clerks looked like they were training, failing at every booking.

This was my first time renting Hertz, the experience was great! The staff was super nice and friendly. And the process of picking up and dropping off the car was fast and easy.
