Rental experience was good, price was a little bit higher but they served kind. Only problem was the closing time is very early like 8pm, so if you had to return your car in the midnight you cant find any where near. Actually parking lot that they tell you to drop off closes too.. then all the parking lots was closed, I could only park on the road and 6 hours later I had to pay extra 32$ bill for parking and drove to Hertz drop off in the morning 8am at their opening time.. their own otopark must be open 7/24, that's shame.
I recommend Hertz rental location on 55th St. Faith and the team including Rose do a fantastic job. I’ve been going there for years and it’s the best of the best when it comes to rental cars. Very professional and always go above and beyond
