Went the other day and this place is the worst in the state. All the women there have no intention to be of help to anyone. All rude, all sassy, they get loud with you and never offer compassionate solutions like normal businesses. You ask questions and its like they punish you because you want to know more and they are giving you little. They remind me of post office workers, awful awful service but you kind of need them so you have to painfully deal with them. Wont go back to this location.

I had a very bad experience at this Hertz location. The staff here move extremely slow and seem more interested in taking cigarette breaks than helping customers. There’s no sense of urgency, no care for the long line of people waiting, and absolutely no respect for customers’ time. We waited for hours and they didn’t seem to care at all. Very poor service – I would not recommend this location.

I been renting on hertz for years and I never got to see a location like this before. There’s no customer service here also the agents are very rude and disrespectful, screaming for any reason
