Good customer service
Never rent from them. Very bad experience with them. I have been continuously renting from Hertz last two years, I am president circle member. They charge me cleaning fee. I never return cars dirty. I know what is considered “dirty”
Avoid if you value your time, safety, or even the basic expectation of customer service. This is a long review but wow was it a garbage experience. We had a horrible experience with Hertz from start to finish. First, no one answered the phone—we called over 10 times across three days trying to add an extra pickup day to avoid rushing. No response. No voicemail. No help. This trend continued through all the issues.
