HORRIBLE. Made the reservation in advance and no vehicle... But they are more than happy to charge me double for a different vehicle! Don't rent from here. Their system, process, and people are severely lacking.

Patrick at Hertz in lighthouse point went out of his way to help me get the car rental I would enjoy. Patrick is always very friendly greeting me with a smile. The pickup was fast and returning the car was easy thanks to Patrick. I get a great price every time at this Hertz location.
