Absolutely horrible service I have been giving service to hertz for almost 14 years Got not even one hour late to drop off I got charge $119 extra And full day charge for insurance $77 Some fees what a way to steal Never ever go back with hertz
Sanja is super sweet and flexible with our situation.
They just called me to tell me they dont have vehicles available. I had it reserved since 5 days ago and now when its 2 days away they call cand tell me this i had my airline ticket at the detination i cant make cancelations now i have to get a car 2 and a half hours away from where i live dont recommend them at all
