Horrible neighbor to residents of Hyatt. We have to live with your loud, nasty fireworks every Saturday night. 400 yards from my HOME! Your executive office and security have both hung up on me Too bad your execs don't live here.
TLDR: I’m not sure it’s worth the price… PROS: Sandy beach entry pool with a big box of sand toys for kids, relatively uncrowded pool in the evenings, EV charging, breakfast buffet (although expensive) was good, had a baby crib ready in our room upon checking in CONS: Slide is only open 11-5 so with a one night staycation we hardly got to use it, the rock climbing wall was not open at all while we were there, soooo many fees ($32 self park, $42 valet, $18 “accommodation”, $20 state occupancy tax, $20 city occupancy tax, $50 ... read more
The bar, service front desk and restaurant staff have been great! The adult pool is the move if you don’t have kids but if you do have kids the sand beach and slide are amazing for the kiddos and kids at heart! Thank you for the much needed few days.
It was an amazing stay we had here. For some reason, I didn't stay at a Hyatt's property in almost last 15 years. This stay gave us more than we expected starting from such a warm staff, nice property, pools- family and adult pool separated, dedicated kids activities, good food, fireworks...more than anything, made good memories here. Our children didn't want it to end.
