The absolute worst! I will never rent from them again. Worst customer service. Didn't explain anything to me the day of pick up. Had me scheduled to return on Memorial Day but didn't bother to tell me they wouldn't be open. Called the 1800# 2 times the day before to try and return early, to wait for 25 and 40 min just to be hung up on!!! The day of return waited another 40 min to speak with someone to be told to use the drop box. I don't know how they stay in business.
