Arrived at check-in and saw this sign that they were closed today. Was given no notification that they would be closed, even though I made my rental reservation a week ago. I even received texts yesterday and 2 hrs before my reservation with rental confirmations. Now I have to take an Uber to this other location. So unprofessional.
Gene is absolute a beast. One of the best Hertz experience that I already had. I’m president circle with easily over 500 rent days. I wish most of Hertz office could I guy like him.
