This place is GOD AWFUL! We put in for a XL vehicle weeks ago with pick up this morning. We arrive at 8:45 am with 7 pieces of luggage and 3 kids and have been standing outside for an hour waiting for our car. We were told that it "arrived this morning" so they are cleaning it now and getting it ready---but if they knew that we needed an XL car--why are they getting it this morning? My family and I waited an hour and a half for a rental car that we booked months in advance. There was only 1 employee helping a line of people. Then we were told we "needed" their insurance to use the rental car and were charged hundreds of dollars more than the quoted original price. Upon our return of the vehicle, the lady who helped us claimed she never said that.
