DONT BOOK A CAR FROM HERE! It’s for private flights only and you’ll end up having to return to Oceanside - 15 min up the road. I wouldn’t be as mad as I am but I had not one but two employees tell me it was my fault and had a customer agent rep hang up on me. It’s my fault but your website lets you still book a drop off at the location? Very disappointed in hertz - usually great customer service.

Maybe if you flew in on a private jet you might get service. I tried calling the "servicing location" but know one answered the phone during their posted working hours. Online service has no clue how to help. What a waste of time.
