Can't do anything online. No one answers the phone, can't go to any other hertz office, the line is insanely long, and there's only one guy working one of the five desks. Total garbage company. Worse even than an airline
The four stars are for the wonderful employee's of Hertz; A Shout Out to Zaira, Selena, Nate, and the Oceanside crew for always being wonderful to work with. Hertz is a great budget option for a rental. Lots of options to choose from and friendly employees. They didn't receive a 5-star review because their website and Google list them as having a location at KCRQ. They do not.
