DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!! We were in the process of doing the paperwork for 2 plus hours and at the last second they told us “we are losing too much money on these deal and someone messed up on the price” We asked for a copy of the paperwork and they would not give it and acting real shady. Will never do business with hertz ever again

I purchased a $23,000 2019 Jeep Cherokee and after a month it was in the shop for repairs! Hertz never offered to help pay for anything, which was fine, you can’t predict what happens when it leaves the lot. However, It was back in the shop 5x in 2 months and in the 3rd month the engine was shot! One of our employees rented a Nissan Sentra at the agreed upon $172/week rate, for one month. Our employee, upon realizing that the rental was needed a couple more days, received verbal confirmation from the local Hertz manager that “it is ok to extend a couple of days.” Upon turning the car in, the $172/week went to $3999 for the month (plus fees), for A TOTAL OF $5197!! I would leave 1 start if I could. I had a business rental of a Nissan Sentra at a rate of $171/week for a month. We were going to be a day late so we called and let them know they said ok no problem and then we get a charge for $5196! $4513 over the agreement price for 1 day that they already knew about! The agent at the office and 2 phone agents were completely unhelpful. I am just dumbfounded how they could charge us so much and be so resistant to helping correct the problem!
