The first car we tried didn’t start so we exchanged it for another car. We only made it to Red Bluff to get groceries for some camping before the second vehicle failed to turn on. The staff said because we declined LDW they were not responsible and that the vehicle may not start because we left the lights on or door open. Great Team and Service!
Rented a car and had a last minute travel change due to standby travel loads. Apparently this location is “locally” owned which doesn’t make sense to me, but there is a minimum $500 fine for returning to a different location. They were closed so no one to contact to ask about switching locations except for the AI chat bot on their website which said it was totally fine and I would get like a $50 dollar fee.
